Position Summary:

This position is responsible for providing corporate representative testimony on behalf of the Company, preparing for and attending mediations, depositions, trials, and assisting with various discovery matters on all litigation files.

Duties may also include assisting with special projects on both claims and legal matters.

Essential Functions:
The following are the usual and basic essential functions of the position. These functions are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required. Maintain weekly calendar as to deposition and mediation schedule and provide to litigation manager and/or director. Provide weekly reports on results and status of depositions and mediations. File review and attendance at depositions as the corporate representative providing testimony consistent with company policies and procedures. Attend and monitor assigned trials. Provide monthly reports on status of trial attendance and testimony and provide to litigation manager and/or director. Assist litigation specialist/representatives with post suit mediations as attendee on their behalf.

Communicate and coordinate with counsel for the Company regarding preparation of discovery responses and preparation for and attendance at depositions and trials.

Conduct all file handling and negotiations on behalf of the Company in a good faith manner. Review and accurately complete interrogatory responses and sign jurat page as corporate representative. Travel if required for deposition or trial. Complete any special projects as assigned by management.#LI-Remote
