We are located in the heart of Denver's theatre district offering 239 ultra-spacious guest rooms and suites; 100 private residences; a top rated restaurant, EDGE; and a luxury spa.

Responsibilities


Oversees the Reservations department which consists of the room reservations for Denver and Nashville and the Spa and Dining reservations for Denver.

Will select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach the employees in the Hotel's CORE Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.

This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity. This is an on site position based in Denver. Some travel to Nashville may be required. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, some weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or business
  • Two to three years previous experience in Reservations as a manager or an assistant manager
  • Knowledge of the Opera system is preferable
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
