  • Respond to any challenges found for accommodating rooming requests by communicating with the appropriate individual or department.
  • Oversee the accuracy of room blocks and reservations, ensuring that all guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Input group rooming lists using the reservation system and revise room blocks to maintain the required number of available rooms.
  • Set up proper billing accounts according to Accounting policies.

Requirements:

  • Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
  • Assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely.
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette and develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Support the team to reach common goals, listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards, reading and visually verifying information in a variety of formats.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

  • The hourly rate for this position is $18.50 per hour.
