As a Recruiter at Crunchyroll, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by identifying and engaging top-tier talent within the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience sourcing, recruiting and partnering with business stakeholders to hire top talent at Crunchyroll.

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple, complex searches, devising creative sourcing and engagement strategies to attract top talent for each position
- Craft and implement comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to identify target profile criteria and ensuring alignment with the hiring team
- Collaborate with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pipelining, market analysis, and competitive intel
- Form relationships with hiring managers, actively involving them in the recruitment process to meet their specific hiring needs
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion in your sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Lead and facilitate meetings while taking the lead on critical initiatives and projects within client groups and the recruiting teams, embodying our commitment to Kaizen, and working towards achieving enhanced scalability in our recruitment operations
