Summary

Will be a critical team member of the Business Enablement team, supporting multiple facets within the organization. This role requires strong project management skills to support business programs and project delivery. The position will facilitate critical, on-going business programs from intake and delivery, through operational support. The ideal candidate will have experience working with matrix team members and stakeholders to deliver a high degree of efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinates ongoing, complex organizational programs. Leads weekly team meetings to track execution of program deliverables. Maintains program and team schedule. Effectively communicates processes, schedule updates, and program outcomes to managers and other stakeholders.

Fosters cohesive teamwork with matrix team partners.

Plans, tracks, and communicates tasks execution.

Creates and maintains complex documents based on organizational templates. E.g. job aides, learning outlines, project management documents, process documentation, etc.

Supports project delivery under Project Management Office (PMO) guidelines and principles. Works with guidance to scope, plan, and manage concurrent small to medium scale projects.

Assists with researching and analyzing operational policies, processes, and procedures to standardize and develop best practices for the organization.

Adaptable to new technologies. Ability to apply new technologies to further business objectives and support operational needs.

Knowledge to know what questions to ask and what tools and resources to engage. Uses a wide variety of resources to identify solutions and answers.

Excellent communication skills and experience working in an empowered team environment.

Ability to request, validate, and present opportunities to multiple levels of stakeholders, including the leadership team.

Must be able to perform in a high paced, multi-faceted environment with easy transition into various environments.

Self-starter with excellent business analytical skills within a matrix organization.

Works productively in an environment that requires constant development of technical and analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to work at a very detailed level with many intersecting points and downstream impact.

Takes quick, decisive, informed action on issues or problems judged as critical.

Responsible for bringing projects through appropriate governance processes to ensure all impacts are considered.

Able to successfully utilize software, tools, and resources to manage deliverables within target timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent experience required
  • At least 5 years Project Management/related experience
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Previous Epic experience preferred
  • Experience coordinating internal resources for project execution
  • Detail oriented with time management, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Ability to work effectively with virtual teams
  • Ability to grasp new processes and concepts
  • Ability to work with internal and external partners at all levels of management
  • Communication and problem-solving skills necessary to work well independently and with others to meet deadlines within standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • SharePoint administration experience is a plus
  • Project management software experience
  • Ability to work independently on several computer applications such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 91, ,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
