As a Product Advisor III in PNC's Treasury Management Healthcare organization, you can be based across the bank's footprint. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

**Ideally, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of industry relevant Healthcare experience. Experience can include, but not limited to, actual use of healthcare systems and solutions, knowledge of Epic and/or Cerner, patient refunds, 835s and 837s, and revenue cycle management. Possibly prior banking experience as a Healthcare TMO or accounting/finance experience for a major hospital/user.

Job Description

  • Consults with the client/prospect to assess business needs and identify product/service recommendations. Advises Sales team in the development of significant/complex sales opportunities, including proposals, presentations and the closing of the opportunities. Serve as team leader for product advisors, as needed.
  • Works with the Sales team in the qualification and prioritization of pipeline and sales opportunities targeting largest and most complex opportunities.
  • Completes diagnosis of client's current business situation and related requirements through data gathering, which includes interviews, research, tools development and modeling.
  • Consults with the client/prospect to assess complex and highest value business opportunities and develops tailored solutions using PNC capabilities. Serves as liaison with the Client Implementation team.
