Summary

Our Delivery & Success team is committed to creating true, lasting value for our customers. They advise and guide a wide variety of customers, ensuring each customer launches our platform successfully, adopts it widely and optimizes the value through our hands-on implementation. The Implementation Specialist works closely with our customers to understand their business and deliver the committed Janus products on time and efficiently to maximize return on investment. They are the voice of the customer internally and partner with all stakeholders to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer business objectives, goals, culture, decision-maker concerns, market and needs to deliver appropriate customer-focused product solutions
  • Lead customers through design, build, testing, training, and go-live phases of an implementation ensuring an on-time delivery of the Janus solutions; help customers navigate workflow and operational process changes.
  • Test functionality prior to deployment to ensure successful go-lives; serve as product expert and lead training on features and functionality.
  • Understand the product value proposition and ensure customers realize the expected value.
  • Monitor customer performance and prepare, analyze, and present data to inform stakeholders on financial, productivity, and customer satisfaction opportunities.
  • Prepare materials for customer meetings and presentations to demonstrate results and opportunities and track action items.
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks to product delivery or customer perception with proposed solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders including supervisors, managers, and directors; acts as the voice of the customer.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience resulting in referenceable, satisfied customers.
  • Provide feedback on Janus platform and work with Product team to inform product requirements and enhancement changes.
  • Collaborate with Janus team members to improve internal and/or external processes to increase team member and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technology, consulting, or customer-facing role in healthcare software technology. Revenue cycle domain is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic about technology and improving the lives of our customer's employees.
  • Ability to be performance driven, motivated with a focused attitude even while working independently.
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire team members and customers.
  • Experience working with large datasets in Tableau, SQL, Excel or other data analytics tools and proven ability to synthesize data into meaningful analyses and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills to be able to collaborate with customers; proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; does not make excuses.
  • Flexibility and comfort working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment of a startup.
  • Has fun, celebrates success, and contributes to a positive culture
  • Experience working at health system or healthcare technology company preferred.
  • Experience working at a software as a service (SaaS) company preferred.
  • Experience working in a high growth environment preferred.

Travel Requirements

This role requires periodic domestic travel. These travel expectations will be communicated by the department manager or executive. Janus is committed to providing as much flexibility and advanced notice as possible related to scheduling travel.

Physical Demands

This job operated in a professional remote environment. This job uses standard office equipment. This job is largely a sedentary role; however, the employee has the flexibility to move as needed. Constantly operates a computer, phone, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. The employee frequently communicates with internal and/or external people. Must be able to exchange accurate information in a timely manner. Must be able to recognize objects from short and long distances.
