ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Credit Manger - Marketing Growth Analytics will own and develop marketing channel growth analytics strategies across all acquisition channels for personal loan products. This role will require close collaboration with the Marketing, Product, and Data Science teams to optimize credit sandbox and filters for all affiliate channels. Responsibilities include developing direct marketing targeting strategies for direct mail and email channels, supporting digital retargeting, paid search, social, and SEO expansion. The ultimate goal is to maximize business revenue and growth while maintaining overall risk and return targets for investors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT SPLASH:

  • Partner with marketing team to optimize credit sandbox and filters for all marketing channels.
  • Develop prescreen targeting strategies for both direct mail and email channels to meet campaign objectives and constraints.
  • Collaborate with data science team to define and develop targeting models and tools.
  • Work with data team to create BI reports to monitor performance, identify potential opportunities or issues, and propose strategies and solutions.
  • Design and execute experimental testing initiatives to identify opportunities for maximizing growth while effectively managing credit risk.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with other business units, particularly Marketing, Product and Finance teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPLASH:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or credit risk management roles in the consumer lending industry.
  • Experience in unsecured lending industries.
  • Highly curious on finding insights and opportunities through vast amounts of data.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python is a MUST.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
