This leader will have technically-diverse background, be adept at managing client relationships and building rapid rapport internally and externally. This role requires a customer first mindset, and will play a critical role in making our customers adoption of cloud successful. Passion for technology, a sense of urgency, and an ability to clearly and concisely communicate at all levels are absolutely required.
Overlay sales personnel providing specialist cloud migration expertise and general technical assistance to Air Force clients as part of a matrixed sales team. Client success and satisfaction is critical in this role.
- Candidate must possess or have ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance. Must be a US Citizen
Responsibilities
A key, client-facing, member of the sales team to architect technical solutions, and develop and execute solution strategies for GDI/Air Force market. Assists new clients in cloud migration strategies, and provides hands-on assistance (or coordinates) when necessary. Laser focus on increasing cloud consumption as quickly as possible - both with new workloads and existing/adjacent workloads. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge. Partners with sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory.
Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Knowledge of Oracle competition. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Previous consultative selling experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Travel may be needed. BA/BS degree or related experience.
Candidate must possess or have ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance. Must be a US Citizen

US: Hiring Range: from $161,600 to $270,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 70/30.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
