S.B. Foot Tanning is the main leather supplier for Red Wing Shoe Company and a major supplier of leather to the US Military through our partner network. From WWI to Operation Iraqi Freedom, when a soldier laces up for duty, there is a very good chance he is putting boots made from S.B. Foot leather. S.B Foot Tanning is proud of the innovative testing lab in Red Wing, MN and the tannery has received numerous quality awards in the tanning industry.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for quality candidates for 3rd shift Production Operator positions at S.B. Foot Tanning Company. Our Production Operator positions require adherence to safe work practices, quality output, attention to detail and efficiency.Employees may work in team settings and/or independently.
Pay Rates: Starting wage is a base pay of$23.25/hour, and once qualified on a specific job, the base rate may increase to anywhere from$23.25/hour to $28.40/hour. There is also an additional $0.55 cent/hour shift premium for 3rd shift.
3rd shift hours: 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday - Thursday and must be available to work overtime as needed.
Our manufacturing facility is a union shop and offers very competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications- 0-2 years of experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift/carry/toss up to 55 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp and additional movement as required by specific jobs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
