International Export Sales Representative

Sales will be managing all aspects of an order from start to finish. This person will get the chance to really make an impact in a growing company that is continuing to see an increase in sales.

Inside sales position. Leads are provided, no cold calling required.

Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission structure.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engage with new leads and get them onboarded as a new account. Provide all information needed to gain their business and customer loyalty.
  • Help create container orders for our new and existing customers. Giving them insight on products, trends, and pricing.
  • Follow up with all leads and customers in a timely fashion on all requests.
  • Keep internal CRM up-to-date and record various interactions to allow proper follow-ups with accounts.
  • Adjust content of quotes/orders and other relevant materials to suit specific client needs.
  • Manage the sales process from beginning to end: Working with other departments within the company to make sure that the order is correct and on time.
  • Continuously keep up to date with product offerings and market trends.
Knowledge, Skills, and Education
  • Strong written and spoken English required.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks in differing stages.
  • Previous B2B Sales preferred, International B2B a plus.
  • Experience with using CRM is a plus.
  • Makes every moment at work count, going the extra mile for the company and giving our customers an elevated level of service.
