Pratt and Whitney Eagle Supply is the F100, F119, F135 component repair management for Pratt and Whitney Military Engines. Eagle Supply manages the maintenance, repair, and overhaul value stream to meet Pratt and Whitney Engine Program, Fleet Management and US Government Maintenance, repair and overhaul contract requirements. Eagle Supply is seeking a Component Repair Engineer to support engine program activity in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

What You Will Do
  • Provide on-site support for Eagle Supply component repair implementation, collaborate consistently with GSE, CSE, JPO, Component IPT, Logistics IPT, USAF and Back up module owners to resolve program technical support challenges.
  • Supplier technical support: Technical Data Interpretation, Service master development, JCL Focal and First Article Validation.
  • Support technical communication and customer briefings as required.
  • Prepare and present to internal management repair status meetings, to update progress against plan and commitments as well as support engine hardware inspections and repair development reviews.
  • Create/modify Engineering Standard of Work (ESW) in accordance with latest process requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Science, Technical or Mathematics) required.
  • 2 years of industry experience in Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain or Maintenance
  • Communicates effectively, is adaptable and able to manage daily tasks and long lead projects.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
  • Self-starter with broad engine hardware knowledge and component repair experience
  • Strong analytical problem-solving, decision-making skills coupled with the ability to clearly articulate issues.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
