Job Summary The Scheduling Coordinator plays an integral role in the back-office, organizational, and customer service support for the Storm Guard location. The Scheduling Coordinator answers, routes, and addresses all incoming communication. Office Administrators are responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping requirements, including invoicing, job costing, generating work orders, and satisfying accounts payable/receivable. Common clerical duties in the role consist of setting appointments with prospective customers, making courtesy calls to customers, inputting new customer information into the CRM system, updating calendars, and basic reporting and filing.

In addition to these administrative functions, the Scheduling Coordinator works closely with sales and production in a support capacity. It's important that the Scheduling Coordinator be detailed and highly organized, experienced with web-based customer relationship management systems, can work independently and confidently, and has an infectious disposition towards customer service and office synchronicity.

Responsibilities

Qualify and book incoming leads that can be converted to revenue

Maintain professional interactions with homeowners

Follow up and respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests

Request customer feedback through online reviews and happy calls

Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our product and service offerings

Keep notes and statuses up to date in company CRM

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in an administrative, organizational, and/or support function

Relationship building

Web-based CRM usage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented
