Work with us in the Human Resources department
- Assist in recruiting, interviews, screenings, and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy
- Review hourly employee attendance and advise on policies
- Help employees with various issues and processes
- Lead site Engagement Committee for positive relations
- Update communications across the site
- Conduct investigations and disciplinary actions if needed
- Identify training needs and track all training
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives
- Support projects related to MESH, Quality, and more
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of HR/Administrative experience
- US person as defined by ITAR regulations
- No relocation; must reside within 50 miles of La Grange, NC
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
