YOUR ROLE

The Security Intelligence Operations Center SIOC Analyst II works in a 24/7/365 Security Intelligence Operations Center supporting the development of tactical and strategic security and intelligence products to inform protection and risk mitigation efforts in support of CEVA assets, operations, and people.

A SIOC Analyst II monitors regional events, supports assessments, and on a case-by-case basis, briefs security leadership on the impact or potential impact to personnel and/or operations. This role executes the various core functions of the SIOC to include, but not limited to: incident recognition and escalation, information analysis, emergency response, product security, supply chain security, and physical security.

SIOC Analyst II will monitor electronic security capabilities and external information sources to identify potential threats or risks affecting company employees, assets, and brand. A SIOC Analyst II works closely with their senior level SIOC Analyst and Security Manager.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Employ advanced software platforms to monitor/review CCTV surveillance, access controls, high value corporate assets, and global incidents. Support the CEVA Travel Security Program through monitoring and response coordination for all CEVA NORTAM employees. Promptly react to and manage alarms across CEVA locations. Monitor on-location guard forces. Assist in deploying mass communication alerts for CEVA employees in times of crises, critical incidents, and developing threats. Provide support during CEVA security-related incidents and support requests for assistance from CEVA employees. Collaborate with the CEVA security and intelligence personnel across the enterprise. Execute prescribed procedures, as directed by SIOC leadership, to effectively mitigate risks and threats. Collaborate with the CEVA Security Intelligence Officer to produce and disseminate tactical intelligence reports. Aid in the maintenance of records and information related to threat assessments and reports management.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor's degree. 3 to 5 years of pertinent work experience in Emergency Management, Communications, and Information Technology. Prior military or law enforcement preferred. Proficient in current security technologies and analytic methodologies. Effective communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written forms. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in high-stress circumstances. Adaptability to crisis or dynamic situations. Superior communication skills enabling effective interaction at an executive level, both in written and oral forms. Proven organizational and time management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Availability for training events outside standard work hours. Flexibility to work 8 to 12-hour shifts covering both daytime and nighttime periods. Successful completion of background checks and references in accordance with company standards.
