Analyzes and evaluates requirements for computer processing by identifying work flow and sequence equipment and capacity requirements, and job interrelationships. Ensures correct restoration of data files and data bases at the proper restart point. Receives program additions, deletions and changes from programmers and various external sources. REQUIREMENT:
Under merit promotion procedures, applicants must satisfy time-in-grade requirements contained in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F.
