Develop a successful targeted email communication plan to prospects and analyze the e-distribution data to support a focused selling effort and work with the Institutional Sales team to ensure timely and accurate information on institutional sales prospects is in the firm's CRM.Manage responses to prospect and client inquiries (e.g. quarterly questionnaires, RFI's, RFPs, sales reports, marketing campaigns, due diligence analysis, etc.) for all strategies. Establish regional and market segment specific email distribution lists within the firm's CRM and manage distribution lists on an ongoing basis and manage e-Distribution strategy to facilitate a targeted and focused selling effort by ensuring all contacts within the CRM are accurate and up to date.

What do you need to succeed? Bachelor's degree required - in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.0-4 years financial services industry (investment management and/or mutual funds) experienceFINRA Series 7, 63, & 3 required (or ability to obtain within 6 months)Willingness to learn and be a self-starterComfort with going outside "comfort zone"Must-have Demonstrate drive and passion to learn the institutional sales process within the context of the broader financial services industry.
