As an Information Security Manager – Risk Reduction, you will be part of the Technology Risk and Information Security organization, which is responsible for delivering effective and efficient solutions to reduce the technology and information security risks across the enterprise. You will work with various technology teams, business leaders, and control domain owners to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, as well as communicate and report on the risk status and trends.

Responsibilities

Provides support to Risk Advisors in managing risk reduction efforts for their collaborators, and monitor the progress and status of remediation actionsAnalyze data sources that contain technology and information security risk information, and customize the data for different audiences and purposesDraw conclusions and recommendations based on the data analysis, and communicate the risks and action plans to the relevant collaboratorsEngage with technology and business partners to understand the key risks associated with their initiatives, and advise on risk reduction strategies and solutions in collaboration with domain subject matter expertsPrepare and deliver high-quality materials (reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.) on information security and risk management topics, and facilitate informed decision-makingQualifications5+ years of experience in Information Security and/or Technology Risk ManagementBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related specialism preferredSecurity or technology risk related certifications (CISM, CISSP, CRISC, etc.) preferred but not requiredExcellent time management and multi-tasking skillsProven problem solver who can make clear-headed decisions under pressureAdvanced MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience translating complex information and requirements into clear and actionable tasksExcellent organization skills and strong attention to detailWorks well under pressure and adapts to changing circumstancesFast learner who proactively works with minimal directionSolution-oriented and has a collaborative approach to overcoming barriers Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
