At Sunstates Security, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in the Wilmington area. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site, including operations, customer service, counseling, personnel management, security, and safety in accordance with Sunstates Security objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of 10-13 security officers
- Schedule and train staff
- Conduct daily staff meetings
- Ensure timesheet accuracy and payroll submission
- Prepare daily activity reports, journals, and record keeping
- Meet with clients daily to discuss site operations
- Valid DE Security License (yellow card)
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in security, law enforcement, or the military
- Must have a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable transportation to and from work
