About the role:
This role reports to Oracle EBS Suite Manager. Situated within our wider Delivery team, this role is focused on providing support to Support Revolution's clients and designing and developing solutions within Oracle EBS. Solutions will surround Payroll and HR modules, so expert experience is required within these fields.
With colleagues in both India and the UK, you will work with an international team and be working on a techno-functional basis. You will need in-depth, demonstrable experience of supporting Payroll and HR modules within Oracle, and you will be able to enhance your skills as we continue to expand and onboard more customers.
This is a flexible role in terms of location and can be fully remote with 15 hours month contract.
Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions in Oracle EBS to meet complex business requirements
  • Provide support for clients supported by Support Revolution
  • To be commercially aware and identify further opportunities
  • To identify potential risks and assist in the development of resolution/preventative action
  • Contributes to the development and evolution of functional and technical standards

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years' experience in the HR and Payroll domain (US Legislation)
  • In-depth understanding of Core HR and Payroll, Self Service, Absence Management and Advanced Benefits
  • Experience in implementing payroll across multiple US states, ideally integrating with Vertex
  • Experience of RTI and Statutory Reporting, Pension Schemes, and Teachers MDC/MCR
  • Experience of configuring and extending Oracle HRMS and Payroll through to R12.x (Work structure, Elements, Absences etc.)
  • Writing/Modifying fast formulae
  • Knowledge of forms and self-service page personalisations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth documentation skills
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL and BI Publisher Reporting is preferred, but not essential.
