The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is seeking qualified applicants for full-time, non-tenure stream Visiting Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Acute and Tertiary Care.

Qualifications for these non-tenure-stream stream visiting research faculty positions include an earned research doctorate (PhD), completion of or currently in postdoctoral training, demonstrating potential for research productivity, and having a planned program of research that is in alignment with one or more of the research foci within the School of Nursing. The current research foci within the School of Nursing include Digital Health, Genomics, Cancer Survivorship, Aging and Gerontology, Sleep and Circadian Science, Health Services and Policy, Maternal/Perinatal and Reproductive Health, and Nursing Education. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Assistant Professor – A) An earned doctorate in nursing or a field related to the research foci within the School of Nursing is required. B) Evidence of or potential for a sustained and impactful program of research. C) Evidence of or potential for excellence in teaching and mentoring and contributing to a learning environment that values inclusivity.
