Position Overview
This role is designated for the recruitment of an Assistant or Associate Professor within the appointment stream. Responsibilities will encompass patient care, educational duties, and research activities as directed by the department chair and relevant division director. Positions for Assistant and Associate Professors may be available in either tenure or non-tenure tracks at the University of Pittsburgh, with rank and compensation aligned with experience and academic qualifications.
Candidate Qualifications
Open positions are accessible to all individuals possessing doctoral-level qualifications in Pediatrics (MD, DO), who are board certified or board eligible, qualified for medical licensure in Pennsylvania, and who meet the essential credentials for the position. Opportunities for physician-scientists are contingent upon available funding.
