Our client is upgrading their credit card devices at all their PSCs (patient service centers) and IOPs (in office phlebotomists) including kiosks (waiting rooms) and magtek readers (behind desk credit card readers).
This resource will be responsible for a territory and going from site to site to that is laid out for them in a specific order based on locations that are closest to hub so if they need support they will be nearby local techs and as they get more involved and into project they will venture out to the outlier locations that may be up to 30 minutes away (one way, without traffic).
