As the National Account Manager - Strategic End Users at Justrite Safety Group, you'll play a vital role in developing new business with large end users in industrial and commercial sectors. Reporting to the VP of National Accounts, you will create and implement action plans and selling strategies to reach new end users and key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business directly with large end user accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key end user customers and stay ahead of market trends.
- Prospect and cultivate sales opportunities with existing and new target accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate pricing negotiations and proposals.
- Conduct product training sessions for target accounts to showcase value proposition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in successful end user sales.
- Demonstrated skills in listening, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Ability to establish a successful sales process for consistent results.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly energetic, outgoing, and personable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
