Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Analyst to join our team onsite in Norfolk, Virginia.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicates with external commands when drafting agreements and ensures accuracy in content before routing to Program Manager.
- Develop artifacts (e.g. HW/SW list, Network Diagrams) in support of a classified RMF authorization for one distinct enclave containing 175+ network devices.
- Possess extensive knowledge of Cyber Security Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) tools used for vulnerability scanning and risk Assessment at Naval Medical Center San Diego.
- Scanned and logged over 6,000 medical and business assets on the command network, ensuring full accountability of assets as well as current Cyber Security network posture.
- Be able to discover vulnerabilities and exploitable system weaknesses via ACAS and Vulnerator.
- Leverage eMASS to perform duties such as POA&M, uploading scans, HW/SW lists, and ATO package tracking.
- Thorough understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience
- Possess strong experience/ knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
- Experience with personnel security; classified information systems Assessment & Authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work with and support the NCTE Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) with drafting and tracking of compliance documents relating to the interconnection of networks and systems.
Clearance Requirements:
- Active secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
