Clean Team Member, Phoenix Park n' Swap

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Clean Team Members to join our team in Phoenix Park n' Swap in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Clean Team Member, you will contribute to creating a great guest experience by ensuring our facilities are safe, clean, and sanitized.

Responsibilities- Responsible for daily clean-up process of the facility, including cleaning the selling lot, parking lot, and restrooms as directed
- Replenishes supplies as needed
- Assist with day-to-day maintenance projects as directed and alerts to maintenance team to any needs
- Work with maintenance on weekly projects and specific assignments including landscaping
- All other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, facility maintenance/plumbing and/or guest service preferred
- The schedule for this position is Wednesdays from 5pm to as late as 2am and both Saturdays/Sundays from 8am to as late as 8pm.
- Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools and fixtures
- Comfortable working with and around chemicals needed for cleaning purposes.
- Ability to follow directions and work quickly under pressure
- Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Working with and around chemicals needed for cleaning purposes.
- Able to work outside in all types of wearther including extreme heat.
