Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL Delivery Driver to join our team at In-N-Out Burger. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to our restaurants and satellite warehouses in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a company truck to provide daily deliveries to In-N-Out Burger restaurants and satellite warehouses.
  • Be responsible for the delivery and rotation of product to our restaurant locations and satellite warehouses.
  • Ensure that our customers receive only the freshest, highest quality ingredients.
  • Operate an electric pallet jack, forklift, lift gates, hand trucks, and dolly.
  • Move large product racks.
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer service relationships.
  • Complete some warehouse duties such as loading/unloading trucks, and order pulling for the store deliveries.
  • Perform all duties with pride; Work well in an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation.
About Our Fleet
  • We operate a fleet of 389 Peterbilt Classic Day Cabs.
  • Our trucks are equipped with Quiet Reefer (Carrier brand) and manual transmissions.
  • We use Great Dane trailers with lift gates and electric pallet jack (no ramps).
Work Schedule + Benefits
  • This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
  • The work schedule includes four (4) nights per week, with a rotating schedule.
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a CDL holder delivery driver is required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in food service delivery, restaurant, or beverage delivery is preferred.
  • A valid Class A driver's license is required.
  • Smith System certified driver is preferred.
  • The ability to lift 60-75 lbs. on a continuous basis is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management are required.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently and follow through safely and accurately on assignments with minimal supervision are required.
  • The ability to pass a company-administered driving test and properly operate a 10-speed and 13-speed transmission is required.
  • The ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
