We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate UC Paramedic to join our team at Phoenix Children's Hospital. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care services in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care Interventions: Administer medications, perform focused assessments, and document patient information in accordance with state scope of practice and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide Patient Education: Offer orientation to patients and family members on hospital systems, policies, and requirements.
- Contribute to Team Effort: Participate in in-service programs, meetings, and rounds to ensure compliance with medication, storage, and documentation standards.
- Maintain Department Environment: Perform various activities to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
