Description

The Director of IPCW Infrastructure Program Management will be responsible for leading an effort to bring technology resources together from across Infrastructure to define the new IPCW standards.In this role, the Director and a small team will ensure industry best thinking come together with the new datacenter design and AMEX standards to develop infrastructure standards that maximize our opportunity to re-think how we support our applications.

This Director will also ensure $10M in investment spend is allocated to application teams so they're able to uplift legacy technologies prior to the datacenter move.The Director will then track progress against goals and facilitate issue resolution.

The Director of Service Delivery role will:

·Generate a Program Management Office (PMO) to oversee the IPCW infrastructure design

·Develop infrastructure build practices that allow us to build complete racks outside of the datacenter and roll them in complete

Work with industry providers to determine how we source infrastructure for the new datacenterWork with Infrastructure leaders to determine how we best integrate the new IPCW designs into IPC2Allocate over $10M in vestment funding to applications requiring uplift so that we don't move legacy HW into the new datacenterBegin building migration plans that will move all infrastructure from IPC1 to IPCWIdentify and quickly resolve and risks, issues, or other roadblocks to deliveryPartner with the communication team to deliver a broad range of communications, including organizational announcements, business updates, and calls to actionServe as a central point of contact for migration status updates Qualifications 8+ years of program or project management experience5+ years of Technology leadership experienceHas a change mindset; comfortable challenging the normsDemonstrated experience in successfully managing strategic, multi-year initiativesDemonstrated experience in compliance management and mitigating technology riskProven ability to navigate and deliver through ambiguity and competing priorities.Executive level communication and presentation skillsHigh confidence level knowledge of technology, recent tech advancements, understanding of the latest industry trends and their impacts on technology riskSolid analytical, business, and financial acumen Salary Range: $145,000.00 to $230,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
