How you'll make an impact:
This role will report to the Vice President of Financial Reporting & Analysis and will own Anaplan, the FP&A planning and reporting tool and as the lead of the Planning COE, will support critical FP&A processes, including budget, forecast, management reporting and analysis.
This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing priorities.
The candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience in FP&A including financial reporting and analysis and will have system focused experience used for planning and reporting in a corporate finance environment.
As the owner of FP&A's budgeting and forecasting tool, this role will be responsible for the development, integration, maintenance and continuous improvement of Anaplan and related processes.
As the Anaplan Solution Architect, you will be a model builder and own all phases of the software development cycle including requirements gathering, architecture and functional design, build, testing and production support.
This role will work closely with members of IT that are responsible for dependent systems and processes.As the Associate Director, Planning COE lead, the candidate will have a proven track record of partnership and a passion for continuous improvement.
In this role, you will work closely and partner with the finance team and business leads to optimize the budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
What you'll do:
The Associate Director, Planning COE Lead and Solution Architect will own Anaplan, the FP&A planning tool, and will support critical FP&A processes, including budget, forecast, management reporting etc.
Be the in-house Anaplan expert, owning the design, modeling and reporting, working closely with a team of model buildersPartner with finance and business teams to implement, optimize, and maintain the planning processes and toolsCreate reporting templates, dashboards, etc.
to provide visualization to the end-users and their business partnersUnderstand the FP&A team's processes and identify and lead areas of improvement and simplificationSupport the migration of manual reporting to automated solutions where possibleDevelop and support ongoing Anaplan user training to ensure all users understand the application capabilities and leverage system capabilities to deliver the optimal user experience to the Finance teamDraft and maintain Anaplan and planning policies, procedures, and other documentation to ensure uniform, accurate, and consistent data and processesClearly defines, sets objectives, KPIs, scope and cascade strategy for the COE.

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary.
We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $153,800 to $200,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
