Your Role In this role, you will determine the methods, operations, sequences, and setups to perform inspections. Reporting to a manager, you will typically work Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm. The pay rate is $22.00 per hour. Your Responsibilities
  • Read and understand documents and processes and apply them to manufacturing and inspection
  • Read blueprints and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
  • Conduct department audits, ensure current documentation is in use and certification (calibration) of all tooling and test equipment is current
  • Use a variety of instruments such as bore gauge, air gauge, profilometer, micrometer, caliper, and comparator
  • Create inspection reports and corrective action requests
  • Demonstrate active commitment to QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health and Environment) standards
  • Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations
  • Work overtime and weekends
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Your Skills and Experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience
  • At least 1 year of recent quality and inspection experience
  • Experience handling simultaneous tasks
  • Understanding of quality systems requirements such as AS9120 and ISO 9001
  • Must be a U.S. citizen to work at this location
