Position Overview

We dive deep on a broad range of subjects, but we are adaptable and action oriented. We focus on quickly gaining enough context to enable informed decision-making.

Executing strategic projects that evolve the core of our operations in line with the overall business strategies is our primary objective.

You will focus on driving analytical capabilities for the logistics organization that affect distribution, transportation, and inventory. The position requires an understanding of wholesale, retail and direct-to-consumer business functions. This person will assist in planning, prioritizing, developing and communicating updates to key transformation initiatives related Data & Analytics. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of standard business processes related to distribution and fulfillment processes. This individual will assist identifying and developing KPIs for all our North America operations. They will manage priorities with the business, take on large projects themselves.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
§ Leading cross-functional projects that drive new analytical capabilities through data-driven decision-making processes & outcomes. § Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of logistics data across various cloud platforms, ensuring data security, compliance, and accessibility. § Utilizing cloud-based analytics and predictive modeling to identify trends, while optimizing logistic operational capabilities. § In partnership with leadership, evaluate and implement the latest analytics tools and technologies, prioritizing cloud-based solutions that offer scalability, reliability, and real-time data processing capabilities. § Act as core liaison between the Global Logistics function and other business units, ensuring alignment on analytical strategic initiatives. § Drive the innovation and integration of cloud technology solutions within the logistics and supply chain functions, ensuring they are leveraged to their full potential for analytics and decision-making.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
§ Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or Engineering § Relevant work experience related to Supply Chain, Distribution, Transportation or IT § Highly proficient with cloud based analytical platform implementations & capabilities (i.e Azure, AWS, GCP) § Advanced skillset in driving complex solutioning & delivery of reporting & analytics solutions through scalable automation § Highly proficient SQL & Python knowledge with demonstrated use of common BI Visualization Platforms such as Qlik Sense, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools § Demonstrated skillset leveraging cloud-based integration technologies for ETL/ELT process & transformation § Working knowledge of modern cloud-based solution architecture data platform concepts § Excellent project management skills (including prioritization and organization) with ability to influence key business stakeholders to drive positive outcomes § Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, WMS, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)

Description of Work Conditions:
Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use.
