Advantage Technical is seeking a Quality Technician for a TOP global medical device company in Maple Grove, MN.

Typically, this person will start 7:30/8am - and work 8 hours, M-F. ONSITE

Job Purpose:

Routine final functional testing, product release criteria testing/inspection and recording of test results. Review and update of QA Documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine final functional testing, product release criteria testing/inspection and recording of test results.
  • Review and update of QA Documentation.
  • Validation report writing.
  • Performing product defect analysis.
  • To aid and support to the Quality Engineering and Operations function.
  • Compliance to all QA Laboratory and all relevant plant wide procedures and practices.
  • Compliance to all ISO9001 and current GMP procedures and practices.
  • Decision making ability coupled with the ability to work on one's own initiative and with minimum supervision is required. 1
  • Supports lab safety & 5S Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities: Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Qualifications:

  • AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline.
  • Preferred experience in medical device lab setting.
  • Electronics, Mechanics
  • Physics - supporting fundamental testing principles.
  • Experience operating Bose Pulsing (Wintest software)
  • Hydraulics/Pneumatics or Fluid Dynamics
