The Global Sales Ops Lead is responsible for driving actionable insights and optimizing commercial processes through cross-functional collaboration. This role involves partnering with various teams to support, facilitate, and improve business operations. Key responsibilities include developing standardized reporting on KPIs, ensuring sales excellence, and identifying new platforms for business enhancement.
Key Accountabilities and Duties:
• Drive actionable insights to optimize sales programs, projects, and field team utilization of systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, data, IT, marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to enhance commercial processes
• Develop standardized reporting on KPIs to improve consistency, visibility, and accountability.
• Identify and implement strategies and projects to ensure sales excellence, leveraging existing systems and exploring new platforms
• Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to support sales operations effectiveness
• Serve as the primary liaison for sales operations with data and IT teams
• Harmonize business processes within systems/tools, working closely with Enablement, Product Mgt., Marketing, Pricing and Digital Teams
• Partner with IT and other departments to prioritize and implement commercial systems initiatives
• Working with the marketing operations lead & business process owner to design and implement technical solutions (i.e. and not limited to lead management. CRM integration, SFDC automation, and data analytics)
• Partner with Commercial Analytics lead to develop tools and dashboards that capture key performance metrics
• Collaborate with various teams to implement field enablement platforms, develop dashboards for key metrics, and deploy learning management systems
• Drive user adoption of SFDC through training sessions and ongoing support
• Provide guidance on SharePoint sites and repositories for commercial teams
• Facilitate internal discussions with IT partners to streamline systems.
• Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to develop and maintain core operations processes
• Ensure systems compliance with field representatives' needs and regulatory requirements
• Support projects which pertain to field force structure, resource allocation, and technology innovation
• Utilize SFDC systems to their full capabilities and enhance functionality to support sales strategy execution.
• Identify best practices and areas for improvement in sales processes.
• Support field communications and project implementation.
• Oversee and execute various commercial initiatives across the organization.
• Evaluate sales processes, programs, and systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate data sharing between sales, marketing, and other departments.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales operations and technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
• Strong business acumen, negotiation and mediation skills, as well as a demonstrated attention
to detail and a focus on achieving quality outcomes. Ability to build/foster relationships
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage
multiple and often changing priorities and issues of varying complexity, while meeting time sensitive deadlines and deliverables
