Associate Sales Executive

Join our Team as an Associate Client Executive I within the Tax Professional (Small-Mid Firms) segment at Thomson Reuters:
- Increase revenue through renewing existing customer products in your designated territory
- Sell additional products and services to meet revenue targets
- Identify potential product opportunities for further action
- Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams for support and handling of customer requests
- Conduct calling and email campaigns to maximize revenue
- Adhere to CRM standards and meet regularly with territory partners
About the Role: This role involves a combination of working 'in-office' for 2 days and remotely for 3 days each week, based in corporate Hub office locations like Ann Arbor, Minneapolis/St. Paul, and Dallas/Carrollton.
Responsibilities as an Associate Sales Executive:
- Achieve sales and renewal targets monthly
- Demonstrate product usage to customers
- Provide market intelligence and territory information
- Assist in customer-related issues to enhance customer relations
- Submit sales performance reports and CRM updates promptly
- Collaborate with the account team on strategic initiatives for territory growth
- Utilize sales tools for engaging prospects and expediting sales cycles
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Training & Consulting, or Product Support
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree preferred
