The Supply Chain Associate is a newly established performer that supports various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

Support logistics coordination, including tracking shipments, coordinating transportation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

· Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.

· Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.

· Enter and maintain accurate data in supply chain management systems.

· Contribute to basic data analysis to support decision-making processes.

· Under the direction of experienced team members: perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to support overall supply chain objectives.

· Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

· Using knowledge gained through resources, develop fundamental knowledge of functional practice, policy, and day-to-day execution requirements.

· Use solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team.

· With oversight, begin to apply functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges.

· Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

· 0-2 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Competencies:

Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

· High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.

· Demonstrated ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite products.
