Senior Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Forecasting: Lead the development and implementation of accurate demand forecasting processes to optimize inventory levels and meet customer requirements.
  • Supply Planning: Oversee supply planning activities, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and supplier production capabilities, guaranteeing strong alignment between supply and demand.
  • Data Analysis: Dive deep into data analytics to identify trends, forecast future needs, and make informed decisions and recommendations that drive supply chain efficiency.
  • Best Practices: Implement end-to-end supply chain best practices, focusing on continuous improvement in demand forecasting and supply planning processes for both Domestic and International sourced products.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in supply chain function in sizable companies.
  • Proficiency with Tier-1 ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics etc.), ERP planning systems (SAP-APO, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP-IBP, other), and Microsoft office suite.
  • Experience with supply chain software (SAP) and tools that enhance forecasting and planning capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, MBA, Management, Business/Administration, Finance, Education, Manufacturing, or Science.
  • Certifications such as APICS, CPIM, CSCP, APIC, CIRM, CPSM, IBF, MBA, or CSCMP.
