How You'll Make a Difference

You will be responsible for effective support for Global Account Management and Channel Sales, including order execution and fulfillment processing, maintenance of records and files, accuracy of CRM records, meeting coordination, facilitation of internal communication, activity follow-up, report compilation and analysis. Collaborating across multiple internal teams and stakeholders to ensure success.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or another relevant field required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales operations and / or customer success experience in a complex sales environment
  • Digitally proficient along with knowledge of the larger digital landscape.
  • Experience with sales automation tools and platforms.
  • Proficient knowledge of CRM especially account management business process
  • Experience working in professional and managerial positions; successful relationships and communications with individuals from diverse geographic locations and cultures preferred.
  • Ability to Identify, check/cross-check, and maintain detailed information for diverse information to track and report.
  • Ability to prepare and design presentations for Account Management team and the PMI leadership.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite and use of internet, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as project tools such as and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
