Compensation is commensurate with experience, featuring a base salary plus unlimited commission potential.

First-year earnings, combining base salary and commission, can range from $60,000 to over $90,000.

Second-year earnings, combining base salary and commission, can reach between $60,000 and $120,000+.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business prospects in the office furniture sector.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales goals.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
  2. Client Needs Assessment:
    • Engage with clients to comprehend their office furniture requirements and workspace specifications.
    • Offer expert guidance on product selections, layouts, and design solutions that meet client needs and financial plans.
  3. Product Demonstration and Presentation:
    • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to highlight the advantages and features of office furniture solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and quotes customized to the client's specifications.
  4. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements.
    • Finalize sales and ensure compliance with all contractual commitments.
    • Follow up on orders to guarantee timely delivery and setup.
  5. Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale issues.
    • Foster long-term relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:
