Compensation starts at $20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor due dates for new orders
  • Maintain ongoing communication with vendors to ensure timely shipments
  • Relay information to team members
  • Input data into internal systems and customer databases
  • Organize and file completed orders
  • Prepare Excel reports for customers as needed
  • Handle phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

  • Outgoing personality with a positive demeanor
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Motivated to achieve a high success rate in on-time shipments
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively

  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Familiarity with MS Windows and Excel is advantageous

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening
  • Background check clearance
