Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Position Type: Contract, initial 1 year, can extend afterwards.
Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite at Sunnyvale, CA, USA
Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $25 to 28 per hour W2 (USD)

Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
Purpose: This candidate will be the main point of contact to answer questions (operational) and provide customer services to the clients, so as to ensure the product runs smoothly and collect feedback for improvement. This candidate will support other customer service tasks when needed.
Must have -
- Both Mandarin and English are required due to internal and external communication with the teams and clients.
- We have two role -
- B2C, Handling tough customers - The candidates should have strong customer service skills as well as management under the pressure circumstances.
- B2B experience, merchant/vendor/supplier onboarding & risk review experience.
