Primary Responsibilities:

This role is crucial in managing budgets across multiple cost centers, creating finance dashboards, and identifying potential overspending or underspending each period. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of SAP ECC and S4HANA and will play a key role in driving the upcoming budget process for 2025, gathering input from various stakeholders to align and set the budget for the upcoming year.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or Master's degree with relevant experience.Proven experience in finance and budget management.Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC and S4HANA.Experience working with various reporting platforms.Ability to interpret and present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.High degree of adaptability, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work. The Financial Analyst's responsibilities will be:Organize and manage budgets across multiple cost centers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.Analyze financial data to track and identify potential overspend or underspend, providing actionable insights to drive financial decisions.Drive the upcoming preliminary budget process for 2025, gathering input from multiple stakeholders to set the annual budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate input, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of budgetary information.Reconcile transactional accounting data export with spend.Work with colleagues to perform appropriate departmental cross-charges.Provide data to support the development of a finance dashboard to monitor spending and identify and explain monthly variances.Perform other tasks & duties as assigned.
