Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support key analytics applications to ensure availability, performance, and data integrity between interfacing and interfaced systems.
  • Perform problem analysis and impact in support of decisions in application processes.
  • Provide technical support to other developers, data managers, clinicians, and researchers utilizing UKHC data.
  • Administer and develop processes in various data management tools such as DataStage, Azure, Data Bricks, Power BI, Azure SQL, PowerShell, etc.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in application support and system problem solving.
  • Knowledge to develop and administer Analytics, Business Intelligence and Reporting environments that leverage tools such as DataStage, Tableau, Qlik, SSRS, Data Bricks, Power BI, Azure SQL, PowerShell, etc.
  • Understanding of analysis of structured and unstructured data and of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL.
  • Customer-focused and possess strong facilitation, presentation, conflict management, and problem-solving and communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA degree in IT, Data, Math, Finance, HealthCare, Business or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in related field.
