Analyst, Onboard Revenue Operations

This position will be responsible for supporting the onboard teams with scheduling, recruitment and personnel support.
They will further own the relationships with vendors for the Amenity programs and coordinate with Marketing, Hotel Operations and the remaining Onboard Revenue departments.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling:
•Coordinate with the Traveling RMD team to coordinate and schedule Revenue and Marketing Directors (RMD), Digital Communication Managers (DCM) and Digital Communication Associates (DCA). Using skillset, ability, tenure and performance reviews to ensure correct talent on the appropriate ships. - Revenue Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and approval of Room Delivery items, including Amenities, Gifts, Beverage etc.
• Work with Product Development to approve and implement new items on a regular cadence.
• Monitor and analyze Gifts and Gear sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and ensure trends on guest experience and inventory levels are managed.
• Develop and maintain revenue reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue metrics in collaboration with the Commercial team.
• Support processes for consolidating feedback on targeted offers and creating recommendations for Commercial team on new offers and obsolete offer removal.
• Lead, where applicable, projects developed by Onboard Revenue and Project Manage all areas from inception to operations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of revenue data through regular audits and reconciliations. - Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations.
• Collaborate with IT/Digital and other departments to automate and streamline revenue-related processes in the Celebrity App. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align revenue operations with overall business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in for revenue strategies and initiatives. - Travel
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with revenue management systems and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
