Responsibilities:

  • Drive engineering initiatives to improve product reliability and cost structure.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure compliance with agency standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create redesigns and resolve root-cause issues.
  • Supervise testing of components and products to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
  • Ability to create and execute test protocols and conduct data analysis.
  • Experience with board schematics/layout designs and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Competent with implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
  • Experience in FDA regulated environment.
  • Product transfer to a Contract Manufacturer.
