Implement strategies and processes in designing Starbucks stores, providing clear, effective and timely communication of design direction and solutions.Contribute to studio team goals and success by achieving target deliverables on the assigned stores and meeting all established deadlines.Support cross-functional teams to manage landlord coordination within parameters of individual store budgets and market requirements.Develop design documentation per regional guidelines including schematic drawings. Conduct budget and operational calls to align with cross-functional teams prior to construction documentation.Manage the production of construction documents by external consultants. Responsible for the integrity and quality of the construction documents inclusive of design intent, detailing, code requirements, scheduling, signage and MEPs.Participate in the architectural design process by reviewing and analyzing project documentation.Communicate dates and process status to cross-functional teams, meeting all established deadlines and budgets.
