The Role
As a vital member of the Personalization team you'll be pioneering new content partnerships, offering unparalleled rewards opportunities that enhance user engagement both within and beyond our platform. Embarking on this journey, your mandate is to enrich our core rewards ecosystem with cutting-edge AI capabilities for targeting and personalization, transforming it into an essential tool for our users. As a Staff Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of the company's Engineering, Business Development, and Partnership teams.
Your Impact
- You will steer the roadmap and priorities of your domain by deeply understanding the users, competitors, and our product suite, then build shared understanding among stakeholders.
- You will stay ahead of the curve and maintain a deep understanding of personalization trends, user privacy regulations, and advancements in AI to continuously improve the personalization engine.
- You will be managing all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, ensuring that deliverables are understood, releases are delivered on time, and users are engaged.
- You'll work directly with our engineers and other key stakeholders to determine the best solution and ship features that make a difference.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of Product Management experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Minimum 5 years of SaaS or consumer apps experience is required in a product role.
- A proven track record in leveraging fintech, loyalty programs, and SaaS products, with a special emphasis on AI-driven personalization and targeting.
- Data analysis and machine learning proficiency, 3+ years, with the ability to analyze user data and work with data scientists to integrate machine learning models for personalization is a plus.
- You have a strong business acumen and basic knowledge across finance, marketing, design, sales, analytics, and communication.
- You are exceptionally good at making complex things simple, and writing down a solution in simple, clear, yet comprehensive terms.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in a technology organization.
- You demonstrated the ability to problem-solve by synthesizing information and seeing the big picture.
