Job Summary

The Clinical Operations Performance Specialist conducts a variety of administrative functions to support monitoring the Clinical Operations staff performance standards and workflows. The specialist monitors assigned Clinical Operations performance dashboards and reports to ensure that management is aware of variations in service-level standards and overall performance, and facilitates action steps to facilitate metrics are met on a daily and interval basis This position collaborates with various departments within Clinical Operations (Clinical Quality, Utilization, Referral, Case and Disease Management), and other TriWest points of contact to identify and resolve performance issues.

Education & Experience

Required:


• Associate's degree or equivalent background

• U.S. Citizenship

• Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation

• Minimum of one year of experience supporting performance reporting such as running reports, data entry and compilation experience

• Proficient in in using Excel for data reporting and analysis

Preferred:


• Previous workforce performance management experience in a health care field

• Experience using reporting software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)

Key Responsibilities


• Monitors real-time clinical operations dashboards identifying issues impacting staff work related to performance, timeliness, accuracy and/or efficiency

• Generates error free Performance Reports using established templates for on time delivery

• Supports staff accuracy and process audit reporting and monitoring

• Processes overall department, individual unit, and/or individual staff member performance measurement via real time, daily, weekly, monthly reports

• May develop or assist in the creation of schedules for outbound call queues,

• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
