Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, content creation or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience building narratives, creating and leading content development from documentaries to stories that are disruptive and inspire teams
  • Ability to identify internal content needs, recognize partners/platforms required to get necessary information, and aggregate findings into a narrative-drive documents
  • Understand and establishcontent planning best practices to inform our communication and socialization plans
  • Uncover unique ways of reaching and speaking to internal (and potentially externally) teams to drive engagement
  • Develop a communications frameworks and recommendations on how to build strong and compelling narratives that educate, inform, and inspire our team members
  • Ability to organize and structure large amounts of information to determine the big picture and draft a compelling narrative
  • Experience leveraging AI in this role is a plus

Job Summary

As the Creative Director of Insights & Inspiration, you'll lead, develop and maintain the end-to-end experience that will inspire Rocket to create, act or learn insightful information relevant to their day to day by engaging content strategy initiatives. You will partner with Consumer Insights, Creative Excellence, Product, Customer Experience and many other Rocket teams to ensure they have access to the latest content from brand to segmentation to insights.

In this role, you will support Knowledge & Data-Driven Insights and Inspiration Team by identifying socialization needs and partnering with in-house production to build selling stories, bite-sized insights content, documentaries, demos, infographics and other inspirational tools.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with KDI&I leaders to develop breakthrough narratives and actionable material to enable engagement with Rocket TMs
  • Ability to identify internal needs and createcommunication plans that include recommended content, cadence, and medium
  • Craftsocialization frameworks and materials that bring to life in unique ways stories through demos, documentaries, infographics, bite-sized insights, and others
  • Partner cross-functionally with Rocket Teamsto discover socialization needs, and with Measurement Team to analyze content performance and make adjustments to maximize efficiency and internal engagement/viewership
  • Participate in development of future products and new forms of content creation that driveengagement
