About the Role
In the position of Creative Lead for one of the leading automotive brands globally, you will collaborate with designers, account managers, creative directors, strategists, and fellow creatives to produce a range of engaging materials that ensure a unified narrative across various platforms. This role emphasizes copywriting and will be crucial in shaping the messaging and storytelling for our digital marketing initiatives. We seek a strategic thinker and skilled wordsmith who can guide creative teams in developing captivating content that resonates with audiences and achieves measurable outcomes. Your expertise in narrative crafting will be vital in organizing the team's efforts into cohesive presentation materials for review. Key Responsibilities:

Present concepts, cultivate client relationships, and lead discussions on copy. Actively respond to feedback and coordinate with creative and account teams throughout projects. Drive the creation of innovative copy concepts for integrated digital marketing campaigns while ensuring clarity and consistency in brand voice.
- Promote Collaboration and Execution: Work alongside designers, strategists, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive creative solutions. Produce high-quality, impactful work across all deliverables, from campaigns to experiential assets. Provide constructive feedback to creative teams and mentor junior copywriters to foster best practices in writing.
- Uphold Creative Excellence: Engage in the creative process from ideation to production, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative work. Critique major deliverables to maintain the highest standards of creative output and alignment with client goals. Drive creativity and innovation, setting new benchmarks in the industry.

About You
Essential Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of professional experience in copywriting within advertising and marketing.

- Strong creative background with a comprehensive understanding of digital platforms, extending beyond traditional advertising formats.
- Proven track record in developing copy-driven concepts with impactful taglines and brand narratives.
- Deep knowledge of copywriting principles and related creative disciplines.
